last full day of work

had duck confit at a small french place near work, le petit cafe. the dad from dharma and greg was eating there too, that older guy that is in a lot of things.

duck confit is a duck leg cooked in its own fat. fatty. the french like to cook meats in their own fat.

did you know it was Asian month? (i think asian pacific month or something)
there is a film festival and i bought students tickets to this movie called Pretty To Think So but i dont have anyone to go with. the movie is about a love triangle between an indian girl, a korean lawyer, and a chinese youth pastor. (the korean guy is named jiwon, hehe. so korean. and indian girl says to him "dont u only date korean girls?" hehe.) the movie was made by 2 asian ex-lawyer friends (1 korean, 1 chinese) (NYT story on them)

who to go with?? i want to go cuz i am the treasurer of the asian club at school. and there might be lawyers there. gotta represent.

bday coming up!

may 30th is friday. i think dinner at dar maghreb the moroccan place in LA. who's coming?
