i am working 6th day, overtime, graveyard. should be a good sum. only like 5 hrs though.

these are my only shifts now cuz im taking 2 floating holidays which count for 2 full days pay so its like im working "4" shifts. i thought about picking up a monday shift but i dunno...lets take a real vacation, eh?

yes i read the xanga and i am disturbed too. its so like he came back from the grave to haunt us all with his awful antics. its like HWMNBN!!

so im going to santa barbara for the vacation, tues-th. i hope it is a good time and i hope the vibe isnt like san diego (shudder)

last night i watched 2 weeks notice (again) and ate very good islands. i had a maui burger (thats the one with guacamole) and onion rings. it was so good!!! ive had kinda shitty food lately so it was yummy to my tummy. then i "got down to business" and wrote one cd review. ive already thought of a few revisions this morning. i figure ill include these in "clips" if people want me to send them in for jobs. yup. so i have to write something at least 5 times a week. at least thats what i tell myself.

teresa is back. im glad she didnt get harrassed anywhere.
my mom is home. she thought ae wasnt available in calif. but i got some undies that i like so i dont care that she didnt know. but she brought me some shirts that i will NEVER wear.
i have to DECIDE what i want to do. decisions decisions.
perhaps freelance is the way to go after today's adventure with esther. 'watch out for the cooler!'
when is jane coming back again. i guess we have to go see her but i want to fly, but we wont have a car then. decisions decisions...
everyone knows this too but it bears repeating...i am in love.
there is always something to buy or do. im slow at paying my debt off, but i dont really care too much because its not so high that i cant pay so its more like a quiet annoyance that i rarely thing about. until its the due dates. hehe

CARGO-its lucky for boys. honestly. it has those stickers and everything where u can mark the pages, and they have the contests at the end, etc. so i guess its the same makers. but its all about gadgets and clothes so it might not be so bad. its just its kind of a spin off of the original lucky, and isnt the original just always the best?
ESQUIRE-i like esquire. it is like gq. but it has more long term stories. like stories the uthor have been working on for awhile. but more story based, which i like. it is a winner
GOLF FOR WOMEN-its kind of light. not as good as guy golf magazines. its basically just for 2 profiles on the youngest women golfers, the clothes for women, and the equipment for women. it doesnt seem like there is a lot to publish every month.
 
next: details and blackbook. my bro has details! so it was meant to be that i could never find it on magazine racks
 
TRIP TO THE MALL WITH ESTHER
if you dont have a job or are looking for one, talk about it all the time. me and est are trying on undergarments in the lingerie section of robinsons may and i tell her thru the walls that container store didnt hire me. she goes well who cares its just container store and they prob dont pay as well. then a chick goes 'who is looking for a job?' she owns a coffee store near the pond. closed weekends! it would be 630a-130p. not bad. so i may call her tomorrow. also note to self: ROBINSONS MAY has good lingerie dept, MACYS has good shoe dept, and NORDSTROM has good everything but it is pricier than the other two. you cannot inter change macys and rm and try to go to one for the other dept. does not work.
 
LOCKSMITHING
i need to be a locksmith, this is twice in one week it would have helped. and twice in a year about a car. it was cyn and she got locked out. she got in before me and est made it to long beach. but she may not have had to call anyone if i knew how. koreans and locking themselves in cars. eesh. (i love you all though, u know that)

have read these magazine all the way thru as research to see which magazines to write for and these are my conclusions:

COSMO-no. it is lame.
BLENDER-it is all interviews. so i would have to do interviews. ill think about it
SHAPE-only that last article in the very back is possible for me to do. this month's one is really good, so maybe.
GQ-after reading the ones above, this still seems like the best one, but only guys wrote those commentary things. i guess i can break the barrier or something lame and equal rights like that.

i still have esquire and cargo to read. and i didnt find details magazine at the store so i will have to somewhere too. i think details would be good

everyone had a nice 4th. mine was good with work people but will i ever see these people again after i quit? no. est and mar will still see their people. so that is the difference.

today i bought my franklin covey planner. it is the new yorker magazine theme. it is already helping and cutting down on my paper load.

am seasick. i feel like im still on the boat. everything is still swaying. got a ride to first aide and chewed some tablets. they didnt taste too bad. i got to meet a security person and we saw the train get put away for the night. so good experience overall. and nathan and nerses (my "kids") did a lot of my GY work for me since i am woozy. and this chick bought me pancakes from denny's for changing shifts with her.

well im back (i hope). here is goings on list, followed by to do list

1. painted the trim in my room last night. took 3 hrs. sheesh. 3 walls of trim, door jam, and 2 window sills. room needs: bed to be put together, a mattress, and closet doors need one mroe coat of paint.
2. going to jeannie's dad's funeral tonight at 7pm. going to coworker's wedding next saturday at 5:30pm. est and mary are right about "the cycle"
3. going to sd tomorrow for the day with jonathan. i think we are going to take the train because its 4th of july weekend.
4. looked up a planner from frankin covey (we get a 20% discount!) have picked it out will go buy it on monday.
