i'm trying out blog by email. does this work?

home life is tense. i cant wait until the wedding is over. its just
like last year. september was horrible last year. i couldnt wait until
sept was over. it is like that again. i can see why my dad doesnt like
the big wedding: it causes too much tension and stress and
obligation...and money. :/

so i met the new gf.

she is really nice. i like her (first impression) more than the ex.

its nice now for him cuz i dont have to ask him everytime i talk to him if he has talked to his significant other. i know now that the answer will always be yes. i am happy that he is happy. insted of worrying with him everyday or being sad with him, i am excited with him and it is such a change.

at first i thought i missed the routine of his ex...talking about her, analyzing their last call, asking if they have talked. but i realized that it is just a change and i vastly prefer this happy panka vs. the strung out panka.

i am a serious law student.

hi guys.

so i still have not "officially" started school. but after sunday's bridal shower, I'M ON LOCK DOWN. this is necessary so i can:
a) be #1 ranked in the school
b) transfer to ucla/usc/loyola/southwestern in the fall of 2007
c) be so caught up in work that i can still go to shows and stuff with you guys.

clearly these are ultra lofty goals. #1? im gonna try. *sigh*
i guess this mindset is necessary so if i am #2 or #3, that would be ok too.

i got to work for jack on thurs and fri and im glad i did. its nice to have a seasoned lawyer with whom i can laugh with and who can relate to my experiences. thanks mar for the recommendation two years ago. its been two years! can you believe it??

currently i have been friends with:
esther for 10 yrs in the spring
cynthia for 7 yrs this fall
mary for 6 yrs in january
jane ive known since grade school but friends for like 5 yrs.
gee, it doesnt seem that long, but when you log our fun, i guess it was a lot of time...and a lot of fun =)

ok, from now on i will prob write about really boring stuff. but please continue to check in on me.

today is not going well. it is not BAD per se. just difficult.
i either cant get things, or dont have things i thought i had, or misplaced things, or bought the wrong one. sigh.
for those who have heard about my day, there is one more. the ONLY used book i bought was the one that specified NEW. i thought it was property. it wasn't. it was contracts. and i refuse to return it. i need to save SOME money. this is the only used one. so there.
and somehow i feel that being a student is lonely. i guess im not in the full swing yet so i cant say. but for now its a lot of "me" time.
