valentines recap:
1996-i was with the first ex. i was sick that day though. but he came over later and gave me an i love you bear. i was embarrassed. that was the time that i didnt really want to be with him and was getting a lot of teasing cuz i was with him. i couldnt handle the 9th grade pressure.
1997-spent the day with lani and connie. amy chang called me and was surprised i was at home with friends. we talked about the first ex that i was getting over. it was an ok day. lani bought me a valentines gram so i wouldnt feel bad about the first ex, but i was just disappointed that it wasnt from him.
1998-im not sure. i guess i was with thang and lani and them though. oh yeah. lani and tuan were together. and he came to school on that day and brought lani food. it was very mushy.
1999-now i was with tuan. (how wrong is that) and it was the first valentines. we went to huntington library, 3rd st and the pier, and to wolfgang puck. he got me glass roses so they wouldnt die. he was the sick the whole day so it was kinda sweet. i remember it was sunday cuz i had to skip church to go out with him. this day was fun, but a bit pressurey since we had just gotten together and it was all new.
2000-me and tuan (the ex) had just gotten back together and this was the best valentines ive ever had. i got the prettiest box from godiva and a photo album and matching frame and a big balloon heart on a really long string that he made me wear all day. we went to disneyland and blue bayou and my balloon kept hitting people it was funny. then we hung out all night at home. it was nice
2001-this was 2 months before we broke up. but this is the time the ex got me the ring. i still have it. top drawer right. the rest of the day was non-exciting.
2002-broken up. i spent the day with esther watching the olympics, men's skating finals. my mom called us sad girls and we were mad (and still are) over the pressure to be with someone. whats the big deal anyhow??
2003-me and est and mary hung out and watched movies. thas it
2004-i dont know yet. paint my room?
