Contract between Pei-Fang (Mary) Lee, the business, and Esther Park, the client.

On Saturday, January 24, 2004 Esther Park agrees to accept $100.00 initial payment from Pei-Fang (Mary) Lee and 10% profit from the sale of any products that Pei-Fang (Mary) Lee sells that bear the logo Esther Park has designed. Esther Park will not hold any risk if no products are sold and Esther Park will have no authority over the marketing or sales methods of the final products that bear the logo?s she designs. Esther Park will have authority over what bears the logo?s she designs beyond what has already been discussed between Pei-Fang (Mary) Lee and Esther Park. If Pei-Fang (Mary) Lee uses the logos Esther Park has designed in a manner that Esther Park does not approve of, an injunction will be made on all products deemed unfit to sell and may not be sold any further. Esther Park will agree to adhere to all deadlines set for logo design completion by Pei-Fang (Mary) Lee. If Esther Park does not meet all deadlines Pei-Fang (Mary) Lee will use her discretion to deal with penalty or payment accordingly. At any point, either Pei-Fang (Mary) Lee or Esther Park can call a meeting to write up a new contract if either party is unhappy with the current contract.
